The City of Camas is working on a new Strategic Plan to help guide the City, and we need your help!
Prospective Strategic Plan Advisory Committee Member,
The City of Camas is actively engaging interested community members to develop a strategic plan for the City that will envision and guide the City’s priorities for the next five years. The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) will inform the priorities of the strategic plan while providing insightful perspectives as representatives of community voices. The committee will also serve as an ambassador to important community groups within the City ensuring the City’s priorities are reflective of our community values, vision and voice. We are committed to developing a strategic plan that meets our community needs through a process that is inclusive of community, staff and leadership voices. Our approach includes a coordinated Strategic Plan CAC comprised of community members, City Council members and City staff.

Participate in developing the vision, values, priority areas, goals and measures of success for the strategic plan
Provide recommendations on the strategic plan to the City of Camas Council and Administration for consideration
Seek input from other City of Camas Advisory Committees
